The main draw in the tiny town of Junín de los Andes is fly-fishing. The sport has caught on so well here that even the street signs are shaped like fish. But it also provides stunning scenery for other outdoor sports such as hiking and boating, and some lovely nearby ranches may appeal to those searching for a rural getaway. Junín is spread out in a grid pattern, a fertile little oasis along the shore of the Río Chimehuín, surrounded by dry pampa. You'll pass through Junín if you're crossing into Argentina from the Pucón area in Chile.
